Job Description :
Overall purpose of the job To have excellent relationship with all two wheeler dealers/ point of sale outlets to source loan applications form their counters using the outsourced employees. Should provide leadership to team leaders and all out sourced employees and help them to achieve the two wheeler loans target for his designated area
Two Wheeler loans Experience Mandatory.
Key Performance Areas :
1. Sales Targets :
- Achieving sales target in the assigned territory / geography
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the banks presence across the geography and ensure its strong presence
2. Team management :
- Manage the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of outsourced sales team
- Laisoning with the service provider for onboarding, attendance reporting and timely salary payout of outsourced sales staff
- Conducting periodic performance Reviews with the sales team and taking course corrections when required
- Establish sales reporting mechanisms and following the reporting formats given from time to time
3. Relationship management :
- To create excellent relationship with all two wheeler point of sale outlets (Dealers/ dealer branches/ ASC point)
- Ensuring approval and disbursement TAT in all channels
- Ensuring timely payouts as promised to the dealers
4. Customer Management :
- Minimize customer complaints with regard to customer acquisition.
- Ensuring the EMI payments in all FEMI cases
- Field level coordination with the collections team in building a healthy portfolio
Experience : 4 to 9 years
Annual CTC : Rupees 3,50,000 to 7,00,000
