Roles and Responsibilities
a. Managing and calculating monthly incentives of Manpower
b. Managing the procurement and settlement of all trade inputs
c. Preparing and Analysing sales inputs effectiveness.
d. Preparing and Analysing data for Sales performance improvement
e. Support the sales force automation process
f. Co-ordination and follow-up with sales teams on monthly agendas
g. Coordinating with Regional MIS Team
h. Custodian of all data
i. Monthly Reports
Job Specification
a. Post Graduate from Tier 3/4 colleges or a graduate.
b. Should be well-versed with PowerPoint and advance excel
c. Should possess Analytical &Problem Solving Skills to interpret and draw insights from data
