Manager - Trade Marketing & Sales Development - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handling BTL for the relevant portfolio
- Channel development and program management of distributors
- Activation and promotions to be carried out nationally
- Understanding the National market for the portfolio thoroughly to be able to create strategy for development of category
- Understanding Brand Strategies and translating them for success in the market
- Create innovate methods to capture market through micro marketing initiatives like activation and visibility drives
- Planning budgets and effective execution of the same for maximizing the output
- Partner in Channel Development Initiatives
- Ensuring successful New Product Launches - Distribution & Volume
- Guide and support Divisions to generate higher and sustainable sales in the market
- Channel Development Initiatives
- Micro Marketing initiatives
- Competency building in the Divisions for effective execution of strategies
- Sales Development
- Preparing incentives plan

- MBA in Marketing from decent school.
