Manager - Trade Marketing & Key Accounts - Alcoholic Beverages (3-8 yrs)
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Define presence strategy in the region : Plan channel, brand, pack visibility tools, adapt brand creative's for the region, and ensure placement in the market on the strategy.
- Promotion strategy : plan channel, brand, pack promotions for the region, get necessary toolkits, and ensure effective implementation on ground.
- Use Industry, trade and consumer insights/ trends in the region. Develop and implement growth strategies through implementation of various tools in the respective market.
- Indentify and analyze relevant information on Industry, market and consumers to understand opportunity for the brands in the region. Set priorities and focus for the brand to maximize returns on spends and create competitive advantage for the brand.
- Understand the category, brand strategy, marketing concepts, consumer behavior, brand promotions, brand creation, communication, development etc.
- Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales to reinforce the brand in the market. Follow up on initiatives in the field, develop and provide support plans and other inputs.
- Measure effectiveness of all the consumer promotions (BTL spends) by market.
- Track the marketing spends for the region. Ensure financial discipline internally and to external suppliers to have control on the budget.
- Recruit, guide and supervise local vendors for supply of merchandising material, promotion toolkits, manpower and other services for all kinds of trade marketing initiatives.
- Helps develop brand, packaging & communication plan. Develops labels and communication creative's with help from Agency/vendors and ensures sourcing of the same with support from procurement team.
- Managing local agencies / vendors for ensuring quality visibility and promotional product and services.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
- Closely interacts with the sales & merchandising team
- Interacts with commercial executives/team
- Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns
