Manager - Trade Marketing - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Designing, developing and executing the BTL & trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business goals.
- Creating templates for execution of BTL campaigns including events and ensuring that BTL activities are done as per the defined template.
- Identifying, negotiating and following up with BTL Vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of branding materials for BTL campaigns.
- Designing, developing, implementing and evaluating trade marketing campaigns on time and within budget to maximize the ROI and ensure channel partner activation.
- Developing and executing the BTL and trade marketing calendar of activities and special promotions in coordination with the business team.
- Monitoring and evaluating Trade Marketing and BTL Campaigns to measure effectiveness and making course correction as required.
- Interacting with regional business teams to ensure execution as per the defined guidelines
Salary: INR 13,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA
- Experience range minimum 7 -12 years
- Experience of working in a Trade Marketing role in FMCG/ FMCD/Telecom/Paints/Adhesives/ Plywood companies/Small Appliances/ Electrical accessories
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
