Manager - Trade Marketing - FMCD (7-12 yrs)
Roll and Resposibilities
1- One must have good experience in visual merchandising.
2- He/She should be able to develop POSM.
3- Vendor Development & Trade promotion will be an important part of the role.
4- He/She will be responsible for Brand Management, Brand Promotion and Brand Awareness.
5- He/She will be responsible for Product launch, Designing Catalogs and Trend Analysis.
6- He/She will be responsible for Vendor development and management.
Desired profile must have experience in personal car/beauty care/consumer care
- Prepare and track marketing calendar for fiscal trade marketing activity.
- Work closely with advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns aligned with global guideline.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Proactively communication and build relationships with the global Marketing teams.
- Manage creative and media agencies to deliver media planning/deployment
- Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales
- Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets
- Channel development and program management of distributors
- Planning ATL & BTL budgets and effective execution of the same for maximizing the output
