Report to : CEO
Purpose of the role :
- You will be responsible for all the promotional activities that are aimed at increasing the demand of product among the various channel partners.
Responsibilities :
- Encompassing BTL and Retail branding on regional Level
- Preparing and executing visibility campaigns for brand and sub brands
- Campaign planning and management
- Bridge between sales force on ground and the creative team for inputs
- Liaise with agencies/vendors and other intermediaries, to optimize the execution activities
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate the development
- Conducts quarterly quality audits to ensure vendor's delivery
- Product Training
- Responsible for Managing and executing field Marketing events
- Ensure that localized POS/ merchandizing is implemented and activated in regions
- Ensure that all in-shop and visibility requirements and implemented post approval of budget
- Responsible for local brand development implementation
- Continuously track competitor activities
What you should possess :
- 5+ years of work experience in consumer goods industry experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in a role involved in branding
- Pan India experience with focus on South region is required dealing with trade, agencies and setting trade marketing plans.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales or equivalent.
- Fluent with local language (Telugu specifically and knowledge of other South Indian language)
- Independently work on projects
- Strong Communication and analytical skills
- Strong Presentation Skills
- On-ground activity management
- Art of persuasion
- Self-driven and enthusiastic individual
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in Presentations and Content writing.
