Company : Leading MNC Life/Health Insurance Company's
Designation : Sales Manager or Agency Manager (Tied agency Channel )
Package : 2.0 to 3.5 lakhs +incentives
Experience : 2 + years of experience in Sales or marketing
Locations : Hyderabad .
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they are acquiring licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Motivating the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Provide on the job training and manage & monitor performance of the advisors.
- Relationship management with stake holders.
- Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
Primary Mandates :
- Candidate should be a Graduate.
- In case if he is a under Graduate minimum 2 Years Sales experience is required.
- Age should be in between 22-35.
- He should be a resident of Hyderabad for 5+ years.
- Two Wheeler with valid Licence.
