Manager - Territory Sales - Telecom (1-6 yrs)
Job Description:
Ensure deliverance of set sales targets for all KPIs (voice-prepaid, data, VAS, Mpesa, etc.) by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level.
Ensure quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
Ensure both hard & soft visibility in the assigned geography & maintaining optimum share of visibility in the market.
Ensure availability of stock at Distributor as well retail while adhering to the norms.
Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility
Ensuring Extraction of Monthly Prepaid Business Revenue.
Ensure achievement of revenue target for the distribution channel across all products.
Channel management & engagement by ensuring positive ROIs for channel partners.
Achieve retail (MBO) expansion targets through increase in number of outlets in existing and new geographies
Trade Engagement through retail and channel partner meets & one on one review with Channel Partners.
Regular reviewing of Channel Partners ROI and Infra for optimum yield.
Monitor process compliance at each Distributor point is maintained & updated.
Identify and develop new channel partners
Manage trade through regular market visits & resolve channel-specific issues within specific timelines.
Responsible for managing existing distribution &increasing quantum & quality of penetration / market share in the assigned geography.
Keep motivation levels high through regular meetings with distributors, retailers and business associate sales representatives
Ensure sound coaching to TOs, distribution partners and associate sales representatives to enhance overall effectiveness.
