Manager - Territory Sales - Biotech (3-5 yrs)
Job Description
Looking out for the mentioned role for one of the leading Biotech organization. Job summary would be as mentioned below
The person shall be required to
1) Cover the target audience with effective product promotion
2) Achieve sales target for the territory for the respective product segment
3) Periodic education of customers on product and application updates
4) Key account management
5) Market intelligence with respect to projects, new customers and competitor activities
6) Identifying key areas of growth in the territory
7) Relationships with KOL
8) Timely reporting and CRM updation.
9) Effective forecasting
10) Coordinating with internal and external customers to ensure customer delight
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Requirements: B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Biotechnology
Mandatory Skills
Knowledge of sequencing product lines illumina / Competition
Knowledge of Clinical applications of Sequencing/ Test menu
Knowledge of the Clinical Market in the defined territory
Desired Skills
Instrumentation Sales experience is preferred
Track record for Sales of IVD/ FDA certified instrument in diagnostics is preferred
Experience on Salesforce/ Other CRMs is preferred
Experience with Diagnostic Market is preferred
