Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for telesales agents focused on life insurance products and sales techniques.
2. Design training modules, manuals, and materials tailored to the specific needs of telesales agents, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
3. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions for new and existing telesales agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback from agents and supervisors.
5. Identify training needs and gaps in knowledge or skills among telesales agents and develop strategies to address them.
6. Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to provide ongoing support, guidance, and reinforcement of training concepts.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting life insurance telesales, and incorporate relevant information into training programs.
8. Monitor the performance and productivity of telesales agents, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed to improve results.
9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among telesales teams, promoting engagement and motivation.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all aspects of telesales training activities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in life insurance training, LI Banca, or telesales, with a strong understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
4. Presentable demeanor with the ability to engage and motivate trainees in a virtual environment.
5. Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and training software/tools.
8. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and influence others towards achieving goals.
9. Adaptable and flexible to accommodate evolving business needs and changing priorities.
