Manager - Telesales - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)
1) Outbound Tele-calling to unknown people with stiff targets & Facilitate and enable clients to purchase, rent, and sell properties for a fair price and explain to customer about our company products.
2) Maintain the freelance sales executive team (min. 100)
3) Follow-up with interested customers to arrange site visits to real estate projects or office visit of company.
4) Post site visits (done by client with the help of other employee of the company) follow-up for interests and help close the deals
5) Relevant work experience in Business Development, Sales of similar field preferred
6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
7 )Friendly and personable demeanours
8) Should have computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PPT, e-mails
