Requirements
- Prior managerial experience in Outbound Calling Process with a minimum team size of 50
- Minimum 5 years- experience in handling/managing Tele-Sales and Outbound calling operations
- Should have experience in handling multiple team leaders
- Experience in sales of Insurance products will be an added advantage
- Should have been a consistent high performer in current role
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Graduate
Job Description :
- Manage the entire Outbound/Inbound calling operations of the Company, design and implement Call Centre Strategies
- Responsible for meeting daily and monthly performance targets for efficiency, sales and quality
- Carrying out performance reviews and cost/benefit analysis
- Deliver profitable and consistent growth across products and processes
- Coordinating staff recruitment and liaising with HR staff to ensure appropriate staffing at all times
- Recording performance levels of all employees of the centre and setting up MIS and daily reports.
Qualification : Bachelor of Commerce
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
