Manager - Telesales - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Customer Acquisition- Manager, Lead Generation / Tele Sales.
Experience
- 1-5 years- experience of working in tele customer acquisition (perishables/FMCG) with a proven track record, working with global brands (FMCG/grocery industry and/or online FMCG retail preferred) across sales, marketing and insight functions is a plus
- Past experience in telesales with a product/brand in the D2C online space

Role and Responsibilities
You will be directly responsible for below KRAs.
- Outbound lead conversion across through telecalling
- Create sales for new launches and other products beyond milk subscription
- Inbound query management and working closely with operations team for customer satisfaction
- Drive acceptance of new Mobile App across all existing and new customers
- Work closely on the digital marketing campaigns to monitor efficiency and execution
- Administer customer satisfaction surveys over phone/through technology support
- Work closely with co-founders for new initiatives related to customer experiences
- Create processes around weekly and monthly reviews integrating dialer and CRM platform
