We are hiring for Tele Sales Manager based at Bangalore

Designation :- Tele Sales Manager ( Team Handling role)

Industry :- E-Commerce

Location :- Bangalore

Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate the Upsell team and actively participate in the hiring, performance management, developing, mentoring, coaching, etc.

- Will lead a team of specialists and be responsible for delivering revenue target for the Upsell Team

- To identify customer segments, lead generation, and tracking, conversion of leads into opportunity resulting in closures.

- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing clients

- Work closely with the marketing and growth teams to come up with revenue generation strategies to target existing customers

- Build a deeper understanding of customers and their requirements.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the Function. What are we looking for

- 4 years of work experience, managed and lead teams with proven leadership skills

- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth

- Experience analyzing data, trends to customer growth opportunities

- Experience setting goals, managing business metrics, and achieving year-over-year improvements

- Proven negotiation skills

- Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking

- Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal

- Strong presentation skills at all levels

- Proven ability to mentor, guide and influence team and other leaders within the organization

- Proven ability to build a strong team

- Strong problem-solving ability, well organized and adaptable with a flexible approach. Location Bangalore What you get

E-Commerce / Internet

Team handling exp(1.5-2 years) is a must.

Inside Sales exp is a must.
