Manager - Telesales - CRM (6-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Looking for a skilled Sales manager to supervise outbound sales teams and achieve sales targets. Should ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive. Must be an organized, reliable and target driven professional.
- Must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot partnered with an ability to see the big picture and make improvements.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are mandatory. The goal is to do everything possible to attain goals and achieve great results for the company.
Responsibilities :
- Develop objectives for the sales team members day-to-day activities
- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection targets for the region
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
- Monitor and improve lead conversions, call handling and other procedures
- Hiring, training, coaching, and leading outbound sales agents as they provide support for customers.
- Monitoring agents sales pitch, guiding them through difficult calls or handling issues that cannot be fielded by agents
- Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls agents are receiving, educating and training them regarding processes and practices, and explaining expectations to the team.
- Assisting management in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.
- Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
- Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Authorizing replacements or refunds.
- To carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required from time to time
Desired Profile :
- Effective team management skills and penchant for sales.
- Proficiency in working on CRM software and MIS reporting
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Decisiveness and attention to detail.
Desired Experience : 6-8 years
Courses : B.E / B.Tech [All branches]/MBA or Any BBA/BBM Graduate with Excellent Communication skills and Sales acumen
