Manager - Telesales - Credit Card (5-10 yrs)
- Will lead a team of Area Sales Managers/Managers across locations at Pan India level and would be responsible for achieving the assigned credit card sales target within the budgeted cost of acquisition.
- The job requires sales planning, budgeting & execution skills and would expose the person to various facets of team management.
- Will be responsible for driving Sales Volumes (New card accounts, Premium Cards) through a team of Area Sales Managers aligned to their respective automated call centers
- Should be resourceful in finding various channels/modes of accessing better database for better productivity
- Diligently analyze the data disposition and devise ways to enhance the lead productivity of the telecallers.
- Explore new business opportunities to facilitate further growth
- Budget Manpower requirement to ensure that the cost of acquisition is under control.
- Coach and mentor the team with a view to enhance their effectiveness
- Execute strategies to drive higher productivity and lower costs across his region
- Keeping a check on all policy changes, marketing offers. Keeping communication flow of changes to team.
