Job Responsibilities :
The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned channel.
Job Profile:
- Manage a team of 20-30 TSOs with an avg. business potential Along with Training them for sales.
- Responsible for recruitment/training of TSOs.
- Responsible for effective manpower/workstation mgt.
- Responsible for process and quality compliance.
- Closely work with ops for seamless booking.
- Education Requirements: B.com (Full Time).
