Manager - Telesales - BFSI (5-12 yrs)
- Develop and maintain superior relationships within Business partnerships.
- Own and manage Outbound sales process within Business relationships aimed at delivering on Revenue and volume across various outbound voice channels.
- Execute campaigns effectively across multiple product lines primarily through Voice Outbound channels
- Effectively manage Outbound Sales Management across multiple sites across various cities.
- Strategist and successfully execute Sales plans, effectively manage R&R allocations, Data efficiency, Dallier strategies through a team.
- Strategist and implement new product launches across existing partnerships.
- Manage a challenging and engaged team
- 5-7 years of proven experience in Voice Outbound Operations within the Banking and Financial Services Other Industry
- Hands on experience of managing and over managing large outbound Setups
- Hands on Experience with Voice channel- primarily Outbound including dallier management, performance management
- Strong relationship development skills and client management skills, exposure to corporate sales will be an advantage
- Ability to cope with competing demands and multitasking
- Strong communication skills-all forms
- Capable of working independently
