Manager - Telesales (2-9 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing Tele sales department of Upwards.
- Create incremental Performance of Tele Sales Call Centre.
- Develop the Tele Sales strategy including sales training, scripting, campaign timing, sales forecast, campaign tracking.
- Manages daily activities & performance of Telesales department, Telesales Supervisors, and Representatives.
- Exceed targets and challenging KPIs.
- Maintain and grow existing client base.
- Identify cross sell and up sell opportunities.
- Ensure all activity is recorded and presented to the Reporting Manager.
- Manage Telesales campaign with being on site at call centers at 100% of time, to include call monitoring, team meetings, sales incentive execution, and workforce and workflow management.
- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Handling escalated customer complaints.
- Compiling and presenting sales reports.
- Good in Review PPT preparation & Presentation.
- Coordination with the disbursement officer and respective business unit for disbursement-related data.
- Proficiency in team management skills to hold meetings and conduct performance reviews to help nemployees meet Performance Targets.
- Proficiency in employee development to assist employees in meeting the Performance Targets through Hiring, Coaching & Mentoring.
