Manager - Telecalling (0-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Calling enquires or cold calling on the database given and convert them into prospects / leads to visit site.
2. Briefing the Project Specifications and addressing client's queries.
3. Interact over call with clients to determine business requirements.
4. Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch with the customers periodically.
5. Follow up and maintain good relationship with customer and promote the product uniqueness.
Skills required :
- Language : English must, Kannada & Hindi (will add benefit) or any other regional language
- Good communication and sales capability with steep learning curve
- Good persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
