Manager - Tele-Sales/Tele-Marketing - Insurance/Telecom (4-6 yrs)

Client of Mployed is looking for a Tele-marketing Manager to grow and develop an existing team.
Job Responsibilities :
Creating a process-impelled workflow for tele-marketing and leading follow-up and qualification.
Developing call scripts for tele-marketers use with lead generation and qualification.
Supervising tele-marketers in persuading the customers
Maintaining follow-up procedures to new clients correctly and initiating them under minimal supervision.
Updating the customer relationship management system with new contacts.
Developing, training, and managing telesales or telemarketing teams.
Handling issues and inquires whenever required by a telemarketing executive.
Experience Required :
At least 4 years experience in Telemarketing / Telesales with 2 years team handling role
Have interpersonal skills
