Tele-Renewal Manager
Role:
Work in Tele Renewals unit with revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction as key deliverables. The vertical will have its own execution team to enable one to have an end to end ownership and execution responsibility.
Candidates should a solid experience in various elements of the telesales functions such as scripting, Database acquisition & data scraping, agent training, and incentive design.
Role shall encompass:
1. Work in Tele Sales unit in new growth under Renewal function.
2. Handling 0 to 20 lakhs existing loan book.
3. To identify leads within existing database and drive call centre team to achieve targets.
4. Track each conversion and monitor team performance
5. Set up processes and policies for telesales business unit which is compliant with TRAI guidelines
6. Develop KPIs for telesales vendor, set pricing guidelines for telesales products, monitor implement improvement initiatives
7. Develop best practices
8. Take ownership for meeting targets with its own team of operations
9. Plan, manage and control the annual budget for telesales.
10. Must Cross sell Insurance
