Manager - Tele-Marketing - Hospitality/Telecom (8-15 yrs)
- Recruit telemarketing executives and handle them
- Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis
- Maximum number of appointments should be made for a month
- Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Branch Manager.
- Candidate Profile :
- Graduate in the relevant field with the minimum experience of two to three years in Telemarketing or Telesales
- Desired Industry :
- Industrial, Hospitality, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products etc.
