Manager - Tele-Marketing (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for delivering campaigns within given timeframe.
- Responsible to improve skills of current team ( confidence, call quality, paving new strategies to polish team member's skills).
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
- Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
- Prepares and presents weekly and monthly reports
- Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required skills/ Abilities :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 4 + years of relevant experience.
- Any bachelor's degree or Post graduation.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
- Shift - EST ( 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM)
