Manager - Technical Support Operation (1-4 yrs)
General knowledge & skills:
- Minimum experience of 7 years with minimum 3 - 4 years managing the knowledge management function end to end
- Knowledge of Service Desk / Tech Support operations
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Able to use analysis for inferences and derive short and long term knowledge management processes based on them
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Constantly guiding and monitoring the team to work with L2 and other teams to improve the KM Database, drive Shift left and other transformational initiatives
- Demonstrate patience, passion for problem solving, ability to use knowledge bases, tools
- Ability to visualize and strategize to plan for individuals with different learning capabilities
- Able to negotiate, good presentation skills and client Interfacing
- Drive process improvement initiatives
Technical skills
- Min. 2-3 yrs. experience in working in Product Support/Customer Service/Collections/Service Desk/ Tech support process
- Familiarity with Cloud Services
