Manager - Technical Sales - Lubricants Additives (5-10 yrs)
Helping for Indian distributor Co on non commercial terms
Position : Technical Sales Manager -Lubricants Additives
Qualification : BE /MSC /BSc Chem prefer MBA
Experience : 5 to 10 Years experience in B2B, Techno commercial sales
Skills Required:
1. Excellent selling skills.
2. Self-starter, well organized, and motivated.
3. Strong technical background in lubricant additives formulation, testing, and performance.
4. Working knowledge of the chemistry of lubricant and metalworking additives.
5. Ability to interact well with customers.
6. Ability to provide innovative solutions to customers- needs.
7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Visit target customers on a regular basis to promote additives, initiate new projects, obtain new approvals and generate new business for lubricant additives.
2. Technical sales presentations to customers to promote speciality additives & chemicals.
3. Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve agreed upon sales volume goals and sales growth targets.
4. Follow-up on sales call reports, sample requests, customer projects and other requests from customers.
5. Work closely with Environ's Technical Service Laboratory to develop performance data, solve customers- formulating problems and provide technical assistance to customers.
6. Initiate technical testing and product optimization proposals for specific customer projects and to support the needs of customers and new business opportunities.
7. Write visit reports and periodic sales and market reports.
8. 50% business travel to meet with customers
