Manager/Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to strengthen our partnership with bank channel partners and drive the sales of life insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the delivery of quality business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong connections with the sales teams of our bank channel partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Implement channel strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for life insurance products.
- Accompany bank sales teams to meet potential customers, presenting tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support, including assistance with claim settlements, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and persistency of the business, focusing on policy renewals and customer retention.
- Empower and train the channel sales team to effectively utilize the latest digital platforms and tools for sales enhancement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 year in sales within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, or at least 6 months specifically in life insurance sales.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
