Manager/Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (1-12 yrs)

- New & Existing Business Development in Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits line of Corporate Insurance
- Managing end to end process of client acquisition
- Generating sales lead from market database, Presenting the value proposition of Futurisk consulting services, Consulting & designing the Insurance portfolio as per the client's requirements, Commercial terms procurement from Insurance company & Negotiations
Consulting activities - Data collation from previous policies for insights, suggesting loss control measures in form new benefits or changes in present benefits & predictive analysis
Acting as a liaison between the client and various Insurance companies in order to procure favourable commercial terms for the Insurance portfolio
The client interaction base varies from start-ups to SMEs & MNCs
- Relationship manager for various Insurance Companies in order to procure commercial terms for various portfolios
- Handling Marketing activities of present clients related to Insurance
- Responsible for multiple branch operations (Multiple branches/ locations)
- Overall responsible for ensuring sales targets for the area are met with.
- To allocate the area/branch target quarter/month wise.
- To periodically review the progress (BM- monthly; FOS-quarterly) and suggest corrective measures, if any.
- Drive Cross sell campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Building Capacity:
- To support in recruitment of FOS
- Overall responsible for capacity building at area level
- To emphasize on talent retention and managing attrition.
- To maintain the high morale, satisfaction and engagement levels of the teams, by providing and fostering right environment.
Training & development:
- To ensure that training requirements for all BMs and FOS are met with.- including re-training.
- Bring in best practices to offer excellent experience while on boarding customers.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on initiatives/ changes required in regional operations- to the leadership team at region.
- To periodically review the progress of Agency reports and suggest corrective measures, if any
- Provide accurate forecasts, updates and requested reports to reporting manager
- Adhere to a proper business work ethic and create a similar expectation of Agency reports/peers
- Ensure high quality and high persistency of business generated to support long-term profitability of the company
Banca Channel :
-Team Handling
1. Candidate would be responsible for handling branches of ICICI bank
2. Handling walk-in customers of the bank including HNI (High Networking Individuals) and NRI (Non Residents of India)
3. Asking or identifying their investment needs and providing solution with a suitable investment plan
4. Visiting customer for a presentation and help them for a suitable investment plan
MANAGER :
- Handling a team of financial advisors
- With the help of seniors, providing them training with regards to various products and investment plans of the company.
- Coordinating and planning with them at every stage to enhance the business of the company.
- Visiting customers along with team.
- Understanding the need of the client/customer and providing information about the product which is suitable for him/her.
Asset Channel- Team Handling - Assets- MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) Business as we call it in the market, to up sell a customized protection based Term Plan to all customers of ICICI BANK who come to purchase Home Loans. This involves relationship building with ICICI Bank Mortgage team since the presence of direct competition on shop floor.
