Manager/Team Leader - Sales - BFS (2-8 yrs)
Job role :
- Cascading the channel's strategy and key focus areas to ensure that the objectives are met.
- Encouraging the team and establishing specific goals to guarantee agent recruitment, training, and development.
- Creating a back-up plan and inspiring talent within the channel.
- Use low performing IMDs to drive business planning by identifying IMDs based on their businesses.
- Handle customer inquiries quickly and satisfactorily, and work with the team to ensure that the sales and operations process runs smoothly.
- Campaigning and achieving goals
- To ensure profitability, make sure repartee focuses on the movement of current agents within bands.
- Creating a winning marketing plan to draw in customers.
- Establishing a solid rapport with both existing and potential clients.
- Informing customers about the various insurance plans, including those for auto, real estate, health, and many others.
- Giving clients advice on the type of insurance they should buy.
- Conventions and campaigns are successfully promoted and carried out across zones to increase employee output.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelors degree in any steam
- 2 years Experience in sales.(Field sales)
- Effective communication skills.
- Sound local network
