- To create a strong advisor base, find and hire qualified advisors.

- Continuously offer training on products, business procedures, and selling methods.

- An on-roll team of 8-10 sales managers in the Agency Channel will be under the management of the Manager - Agency.

- The sales manager's team is in charge of assembling the team of life insurance advisors from their personal and professional networks.

- To ensure that the team is fully prepared to sell life insurance products in the market, the team is trained on industry standards with the assistance of the training departments of life insurance companies.
