Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Oversee the closing and sourcing teams, providing direction, support, and performance management to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for sourcing new clients, retaining existing ones, and driving sales closures.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with potential buyers, brokers, and channel partners to enhance sourcing and closing efficiency.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sourcing channels and optimize closing strategies.
- Sales Forecasting: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to forecast future sales and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor team members to improve their sales techniques, closing skills, and product knowledge.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, sourcing initiatives, and closing efficiency to senior management.
