Manager - Subscriber Marketing - Self Care (8-12 yrs)
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Increase usage of Selfcare portal (online, mobile, ATMs, others) to manage subscriber account and recharges
2. Promotion Campaigns - plan & execute campaigns to drive usage through online medium
3. Work with 3rd party partners & banks to increase subscriber touch points
4. Launch new payment modes for customers
5. Increase adoption of online payment modes amongst cash transacting subscribers
6. Increase Average recharge values through online recharge promotions with banks and wallets
7. Drawing subscriber behavioral insights from subscriber transaction data to conceptualize, devise, implement, monitor & track online usage patterns.
8. Working with cross functional teams (all customer touch points) towards engaging subscribers & thereby driving usage
Skills required :
- Knowledge to online payment space
- Basic understanding of industry regulatory guidelines for banks & payment gateways, mobile payments
- Basic understanding of SEO & SEM marketing
- Ability to observe trends, patterns & understand consumer behavior with a view to act accordingly to maximize retention of deactive subscriber.
