Manager - Subscriber Marketing - Retention (8-12 yrs)
Job Description :
Responsible for all Subscriber retention activities, initiatives & promotions
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reduction of Deactivations across the platform
- Responsible for longevity of new and existing subscribers on platform.
- Ensuring revenue enhancement of customer by improving monthly active days
- Proactive Campaigns to prevent customers from entering into de-active state
- Drawing subscriber behavioural insights & using subscriber transaction data to conceptualise, devise, implement, monitor & track Retention campaigns.
- Working with cross functional teams (all customer touch points) towards engaging customers & thereby retention.
Skills required :
- Ability to observe trends, patterns & understand consumer behavior with a view to act accordingly to maximize retention of deactivate subscriber.
