As the Strategic Alliances Manager, you will arrange for tie-ups with service companies for the members/ residents to make it a better overall offering.
What you will do:
- Being responsible for developing and executing the strategic alliances with leading service providers like Swiggy, Ola, etc
- Prospecting relentlessly to build a pipeline and building strong personal relationships with prospects
- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, along with various options for service deals
- Closing new business consistently at or above quota level
- Developing and executing a strategic partnership plan and documenting and distributing competitive information
- Listening to the needs of the members/residents and sharing insights with service providers to be able to customise their services accordingly
- Managing key accounts and up selling and cross selling to clients
- Being proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Managing end to end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and - payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.
- Seeking opportunities to be a leader and doing everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or alliance management.
- Startup background, experience of hi value corporate sales or solution sales or alliances and partnerships
- A creative powerhouse with a proven marketing and business development background.
- A decent understanding and/or a strong interest in the Retail/ ecommerce sector, brand awareness and retail trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management & negotiation skills
- A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset
