One of our client is looking for Manager - Strategic Alliances- in Car service Segment. (Must have good connect with all car service centres of the Region/Area)

The company vision is to enable offline transactions quickly by aggregating all payment gateways including credit cards, debit cards, UPI and mobile wallets under one channel.

Started in mid-2015, after a successful launch in Mumbai, Company has expanded countrywide by acquiring over 5,000+ merchants across various segments.

Position: Manager - Strategic Alliances (Car Service) (Must have good connect with all car service centres of the Region/Area)

Location: Pune / Bangalore / Delhi / Ahmedabad / Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced Manager for Strategic Alliances to build out our network of partners across key segment of car service. As part of the strategic alliances team, you will own key partnerships that drive merchant acquisition.

You will efficiently negotiate terms and close deals with premium merchants.

Internally, you will work with functions that cut across the organization including technology, merchant integration and customer service, to drive great customer experience for our merchants.

Maximizing these partnerships requires identifying new potential within merchant segments, developing scalable account management strategies and driving the results

The right person will:

- Own monthly targets and growth objectives.

- Identify, recruit and scale new merchants for Car Service Segment (Must have Good connect with Car service centres of region/Area) .

- Identify opportunities with existing partner segments by becoming expert in their evolving needs.

- Negotiate deal terms and Create simplified solutions for merchant integrations.

- Candidates must demonstrate a superior track record for creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and success in all phases of business development including prospecting, acquisition, integration and retention of partners.

- Requirements include a minimum of 2-5 years of Strategy/Business Development Marketing/Account Management/Sales experience in online or offline businesses with a heavy bias toward retail, online partners, F&B, SMEs environments.

Basic Qualifications :

- Proven experience driving strategic alliances and partnerships for a business

- Keen understanding of local retail and offline business

- 2-5 years in Business Development or Product Marketing or Account Management in B2B customer- facing roles

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

Salary - 3.5 LPA to 8 LPA

Exp - 2 to 4 years
