Manager - Strategic Account/Tech Support/Customer Support - BPO (0-1 yrs)
Job Description :
- Strategic Account manager is a trusted advisor for our clients who oversees all the support issues for our clients and ensure they're resolved in a timely manner with satisfaction
- They are the single point of contact for all the escalations and concerns clients may have related to products/services
- Builds strategic relationships with major customers and has regular interactions with all their clients
- Drives alignment within the whole organization
- Is a central, pivotal point of activity
- Delivers value to customers
- Consultative selling: Creating simple, effective and collaborative key account growth plans
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet the defined SLA for all the concerns or queries raised by our clients
- Expected to know our product line and assist clients in their day to day operations
- Maintain the desired communication standards (Verbal/Written) set by the organization
- Identify gaps in client's workflow and provide necessary suggestions
