Manager - Store Sales - Retail/FMCG (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Operational excellence improvement and achievement of Store Metrics
- Develop the operations strategy for scaling up the operations.
- Planning, resource management and allocation.
- Process design, optimization and implementation based on lean & agile operations- principles.
- People management - Train, motivate and engage employees.
- Expense/P&L management: Control P&L by following cash/control security procedures, reviewing expense reports, and taking appropriate actions.
- Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications :
- Ability to handle crisis situations
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across levels and willingness to get hands dirty
- High energy, drive, and ownership
- Work well under pressure
