Manager - Store Sales - Retail (4-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership :
- Set sales targets, goals, and KPIs for the store team.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance sales performance.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
Customer Experience :
- Create an inviting and customer-centric shopping environment.
- Train and guide the team to deliver outstanding customer service, building strong customer relationships and loyalty.
- Handle escalated customer issues or concerns in a professional and effective manner.
Team Management :
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales associates, ensuring the team is well-equipped to represent the brand.
- Provide ongoing training, development, and performance evaluations for all team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages growth and engagement.
Visual Merchandising :
- Implement and maintain visually appealing displays that showcase the brand's products and aesthetics.
- Ensure the store layout and presentation align with the brand's image and seasonal themes.
Inventory Management :
- Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, stock levels, and regular inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and headquarters to manage stock deliveries and returns.
Operations and Administration :
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, trends, and key metrics for management review.
Sales and Marketing :
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities, events, and campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Budget and Financial Management :
- Assist in developing the store budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resources to achieve profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on customer experience or brand integrity.
