Job description :
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, . You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring that the Service Experience is consistently provided for all customers, quality store operations are maintained, store partners are lead and empowered in a positive manner, and financial contribution is maximized.
- Ensure that the annual/ monthly sales targets are achieved .
- Responsible for the entire sales ordering & delivery process at the store
- Assist in designing & setting up showroom operations manual & service standards & be responsible for implementation of the same.
- Responsible for execution of all branding & visual merchandise at our showrooms as defined by HO from time to time.
- Key Accounts management and ensuring that customer relationship development is with the objective of business building and creating brand loyalty.
- Ensure that all reporting (written and verbal) are submitted to HO as per defined timeline and formats.
- Responsible for market feedback on product, product range, service expectation from customers with the objective of business building and growth from the showrooms.
- Ensure that the daily activities at the showrooms are implemented by the respective Showroom staff.
- Ensure that all administrative & commercial compliance of the showrooms are adhered to as per defined operating procedures & company benchmark display, maintenance, upkeep, interiors etc.
- Ensure that staffing at the showrooms are as per company norms
Qualifications :
- 4 years store management experience
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
- Good Communication Skill
- Preference from Interior Designing background/ Store Sales Operations / Manager.
