Manager/State Head - Sales (6-15 yrs)
- Candidate is accountable for Sales through Distribution, Market share gain, Infrastructure Development of the area under supervision. Responsible for ensuring top class market execution
- Experience in Modern Trade and OTC sales
- Must have handled a team of Sales Officers /Managers/ Medical Representative
- Good experience of at least 6 years in Pharma OTC or Healthcare companies.
- Have either Trade or Prescription exposure. Exp in both will be ideal
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
