Manager - Social Media - Online Reputation Management - BPO (5-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
Moderation :
- Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.
- Respond to comments, when appropriate, to foster a positive community and add value to the user's experience.
- Answer all queries pertaining to the post.
- Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the company.
- Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate, to internal teams.
- Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification.
- Reporting - Provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through new initiatives.
- Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Good experience in people management and passionate about customer experience
Skills & Behavior required :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with key social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Quora, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Ability to analyse data from the various platforms, derive insights and incorporate them in your daily work.
- Excellent communication skills and creative writing skills.
- Very high attention to detail.
- Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
