Job Description - Social Media Manager (MP)

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to increase client and event responses.

- Create high-quality, engaging, and innovative content tailored to different client campaigns and events

- Manage and monitor all social media platforms to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and client engagement.

- Coordinate with the creative team to develop customized content for social media channels.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to offer social media management as an add-on for major clients, enhancing their campaign responses.

- Monitor and analyse the performance of client campaigns on social media platforms to ensure optimal reach and engagement.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Use social media channels to maximize visibility and attendance for state-level events and special days.

- Develop targeted campaigns to highlight event deliverables, interviews, and client profiles.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools to ensure innovative strategies and campaigns.

- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, audience engagement, and campaign outcomes.

- Share insights with the marketing team to refine strategies and improve overall results.

- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment between social media efforts and broader marketing objectives.
