Manager - Social Media - Media (3-8 yrs)
We are looking to hire for a well known digital agency located in Gurgaon-
Below are the job details :
- The resource would be working closely with Client Servicing. He/she would be responsible for ongoing community management as well as continuity and execution of social media influence marketing strategy and programs on the behalf of his or her assigned clients.
- A large part of this job is being the voice of brand on Twitter, Instagram, and other social platforms: Copywriting, editorial calendar planning, assisting consumers with issues and some influencer outreach/engagement. Social Specialist works with the Social Media Coordinator to ensure daily program requirements are being executed and that overall program goals are being met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (on schedule and on goal). He / She also proactively ensures issues, successes, and key insights are being escalated and reported in a timely manner throughout a client campaign or program.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including (and not limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, digital public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc.
- Work closely with CS Team and rest of client social media team to ensure campaigns are on strategy, on time and on target
- Create social programming plans and research audits including (and not limited to) content strategy plans, competition research briefs and digital audits
- Choose daily content and engagement for the brand on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and any other identified social channels.
- Serve as key day-to-day community and implementation manager for brands and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Create weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and monitoring results; work with analytics/listening team and oversee preparation of metrics, tracking and activity reports as based on client reporting needs
- Offer key insights for improving programs to enhance results
- Conduct and manage ongoing blogger outreach/key influencer programs on the behalf of clients
- Exhibit understanding of online market and digital capabilities
- Brainstorm/ideate around program executions/campaigns
- Experience conceptualizing, delivering and executing programs for leading consumer brands including social media, content marketing, listening and paid social media
- Embody a content marketing mindset including the ability to marry the social media strategy with the brand's attitude, tone & voice
- Curiosity for uncovering emerging social media platforms and/or first-mover opportunities with existing platforms
- Lead development and maintenance of social media best practice documents, oversee POV documents on new platforms and significant platform updates
- Manage ongoing optimization of the social strategy, playbook, community management, content creation, social promotions/contests, partnerships, and UGC to improving our delivery and enhance results
- Lead development of campaign content in partnership with the Community Managers and creative team
- Conducts and manages ongoing influencer & advocacy initiatives on behalf of clients that adhere to guidelines and best practices
- Partner with the analytics team to help develop recaps and reports, extrapolating key findings and making them relatable and actionable
- Ensures campaign goals/KPIs are met
- Serve as key day-to-day client-counselor on social media strategy with the client and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate closely with partner agencies
- Supervise and train junior level resources
- Supports knowledge sharing between the Social and Content Marketing practice and other disciplines
- Supports and contributes to business development opportunities
