Manager - Linkedin Marketing With A Global Boutique Investment Bank 

Overview :

- The organisation is a global boutique investment bank dedicated to delivering M&A and capital raising advisory services exclusively to technology services, software, consulting and business process management companies. The firm serves mid-market companies and individual investors worldwide from its offices in the UK, United States, Canada, Australia and India.

Scope :

- The organisation is seeking to hire an experienced individual full-time to help develop a company-wide LinkedIn marketing strategy, making an impact on the company's response rates, relationship nurturing and LinkedIn following. The individual should have outstanding organisational skills, high attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the platform.

Responsibilities :

- Work alongside the Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate the new LinkedIn marketing strategy to nurture leads and increase the brand development response rates.

- Work with the marketing and sales department in formatting and creating written collaterals for LinkedIn marketing.

- Act as the internal LinkedIn expert and produce best documentation and processes to improve performance.

- Increase the organisation's brand awareness and social media following on LinkedIn.

- Be responsible for creating and maintaining Excel reports on the LinkedIn ROI.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years as a LinkedIn marketing professional or similar capacity who specialises in helping convert leads through LinkedIn.

- Extensive experience in working on the LinkedIn platform/sales navigator for lead generation and relationship nurturing.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

- Investment banking/ asset management / financial industry or similar experience is an added advantage.

- Flexible and diligent at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- High level of organisation and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
