Manager - Social Media Marketing - Advertising Firm (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance our brand and build strong online communities through our various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. The successful candidate will also be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns for clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with paid social team to develop fully integrated social campaigns.
- Oversee creative ideation and development to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns for customers .
- Partner with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations .
- Develop and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand the effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvement .
- Build relationships with talent and show runners, including educating on social media.
- Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space.
- Demonstrated ability to build, execute and scale social media campaigns.
- Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to influence the direction and align teams.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners/talent.
- Creative thinker with the passion for developing and delivering big ideas for our customers.
- Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution.
- Extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Prior experience working on paid social media campaigns
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary upto 10 Lpa
