Manager - Social Media Marketing (7-15 yrs)
7-9 years- experience in the B2C/ E-commerce Fashion & Lifestyle organisation.
- Proven track record of creating and planning the social media calendar across multiple marketing work streams, and for different social platforms - YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Deep understanding of how social media plays an important role in brand building, knowledge of social channel best practices, publishing tools, and social listening platforms.
- Expert in creating an integrated view of performance and social media analytics across different campaigns - organic and paid
- Experience working with influencers, community management, social media planning with external creative partners and internal stakeholders
- Experience co-ordinating & working with CXOs to strengthen their social brand
- Coordinating with ORM specialists in the external partner agencies to create a view on ORM as well
- Experience in designing and implementing social strategies and tactics for large campaigns through testing, learning and reporting
- Leverage market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics
- Strong knowledge of digital media, current local trends in media consumption, awareness of local culture and verbatim to be relatable to the targeted audience
- Familiar with digital management tools like Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Locobuzz etc
What you'll be responsible for :
- Shape the voice of the brand and products and help grow and engage a large global & rural user base through a mix of global and regional social media strategies
- Create social media strategies across platforms that acquire and engage target groups like consumers & businesses, and rural audiences like farmers, retailers and field partners
- Closely collaborate with marketers, product managers, business leads, content creators, and field sales/operations to define and execute social media initiatives.
- Work internally and externally with creative partners and agencies to develop their best work and drive business results.
- Building a culture of being socially vocal with top-quality content development and distribution
- Meet business goals while ensuring a top-notch customer experience
