Manager - Social Media Marketing (4-6 yrs)
As a Social Media Marketing Manager for a manufacturing company, your performance will be evaluated based on the following KPIs:
Engagement Rate :
- Measure the percentage of audience interactions (likes, shares, comments) relative to total followers or reach across social media platforms.
- Target an engagement rate of at least 5% per post.
Follower Growth Rate :
- Track the increase in followers on company social media accounts monthly.
- Aim for a growth rate of 10% per quarter.
Content Reach and Impressions :
- Monitor the number of people who see your content (reach) and the total number of times your content is displayed (impressions).
- Set a goal to achieve a minimum of 20,000 impressions per month across all platforms.
Lead Generation :
- Measure the number of leads generated through social media campaigns.
- Establish a target for at least 50 qualified leads per quarter.
Conversion Rate :
- Analyze the percentage of social media traffic that converts to desired actions (e.g., inquiries, downloads).
- Aim for a conversion rate of at least 3% from social media channels.
Campaign Performance :
- Evaluate the success of specific social media campaigns based on predefined objectives (e.g., brand awareness, product launches).
- Target a 15% increase in brand mentions during campaign periods.
Customer Feedback and Sentiment :
- Monitor and assess customer feedback on social media, focusing on sentiment analysis (positive, negative, neutral).
- Strive for a sentiment score of at least 80% positive feedback.
Ad Performance :
- Track the performance of paid social media ads (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
- Set a target for a Click-Through Rate (CTR) of 2% and a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of at least 4:1.
Website Traffic from Social Media :
- Measure the amount of website traffic driven from social media channels.
- Aim for a minimum of 25% of overall web traffic to come from social media sources.
Collaboration and Cross-Departmental Projects :
- Evaluate contributions to collaborative projects with other departments (e.g., sales, product development).
- Set goals for participating in at least 2 cross-functional projects per quarter.
