Manager - Social Media Marketing (4-5 yrs)
The ideal candidate should be responsible for developing, implementing and managing social media marketing campaigns for both domestic as well as USA e-commerce projects. He OR She should be able to make in-depth Social Media & Content plans to drive engagement, traffic to reach potential customers.
Following are the key responsibilities :
1. Lead the social media team across strategy, content, growth and execution.
2. Position the company as the thought leader and engage potential customers via social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) with creative content strategy.
4. In-depth knowledge and experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns through all social media handles (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
3. Create new and innovative ways to launch the campaigns across B2C platforms in alignment with the brand and business goals.
4. Collaborate with design/ content/ marketing teams to publish and share engaging content on a daily basis (e.g. original text, photos, videos, GIFs and news)
5. Identify and lead the company into new areas of digital engagement beyond existing channels through competitive research, audience identification and strategy formulation.
6. Conceptualize and manage social marketing projects (new brand launch and major campaigns) via social marketing platforms and execute campaigns in the most efficient manner.
7. Manage all Social Media Accounts and Content strategy of the business which directly help to increase website traffic as well as product sales.
8. Gather and analyze data for insights on community and sustained community growth.
9. Localize the brand message, tailor global campaigns and execute country specific initiatives, for both domestic and USA e-commerce projects.
10. Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to improve team productivity and social media/ content campaign effectiveness.
11. Create contingency plans to meet defined objectives.
12. Lead and drive social media marketing campaign KPIs.
13. Providing strategic support on day-to-day and long-term initiatives.
Experience : 4-5+ years of experience into social media marketing, marketing communications and e-commerce projects.
Demonstrated ability to create innovative and target social marketing programs that generate results.
