Manager - Social Media Marketing (3-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content that engages our audience across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and mentions, and respond appropriately to enhance community engagement.

- Analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company's social media presence relevant and engaging.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.

- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within [specific industry, if applicable].

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique audiences.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

- Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising strategies.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership development.
